Minutes of an emergency meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Olive held Tuesday, December 12, 2000.

In the absence of the Town Clerk Supervisor Leifeld presented notes for the meeting.
The Town Board discussed with Planner Daniel Shuster the planning process and the proper handling of SEQRA review. Mr. Shuster will present a contract proposal to the Town Board for the purpose of handling the SEQR process in the Wireless Telecommunications application presented by Masterpage. Mr. Shuster will insure that all planning and SEQR requirements are met and will lead the Town Board through the process. The general consensus of the Town Board is to empower the Supervisor to review said proposal and to sign the contract with Mr. Shuster.
All business pertinent having been discussed the Town Board adjourned on a Leifeld/La Monda motion.
