Minutes of a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Olive held at 6:00 pm at the Olivebridge Methodist Church in Olivebridge, NY. The purpose of the meeting as stated in the legal notice was to discuss drainage problems occurring on Route 213 in the vicinity of the new Senior Housing facility.

Others Present: Jane Todd, SHARP Committee Director; Robert Burgher, Planning Board Member and Engineer & 
Land Surveyor

The Town Board met with approximately eight (8) residents in the area of the Senior Housing facility and Route 213 to discuss water drainage problems and various other issues. The SHARP Committee agreed to install one speed bump on the private road entrance to the Senior Housing facility. Supervisor Leifeld informed area residents that neither the town nor the county could go onto private property.

All business pertinent having been discussed the Town Board adjourned at 8:15 pm on a Leifeld/La Monda motion.
