Minutes of a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Olive held
Monday, July 8, 2002, 3:30 pm at the Town Office Building in West Shokan, NY.
The purpose of the meeting was to adjourn to executive session to discuss
recently filed litigation proceedings with Attorney for the Town Peter Graham.

Others Present: Peter Graham, Attorney for the Town
Supervisor Leifeld called the meeting to order and stated that Masterpage
Communications, Inc., had recently filed a suit against the Town of Olive and
the Olive Planning Board. On a Leifeld/Burkhardt motion the Town Board approved
adjourning to executive session to discuss this issue with Attorney for the Town
Peter Graham. Roll vote being: Johansen, yes; Chase, not present; La Monda, yes;
Burkhardt, yes; and Leifeld, yes.
All business pertinent having been discussed Supervisor Leifeld reconvened the
regular meeting at 4:50 pm at which time the Town Board adjourned the special
meeting on a Leifeld/La Monda motion.
