Minutes of a workshop meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Olive held Tuesday, October 21, 2003, 7:30 pm at the Town Meeting Hall in Shokan, NY.

Members Present:                  Berndt Leifeld, Supervisor

                                                Cindy Johansen, Council Member

                                                Helen Chase, Council Member

                                                Bruce La Monda, Council Member

                                                Linda Burkhardt, Council Member

The Town Board discussed the tentative budget for 2004.  After discussion the Town Board increased the ambulance budget line from $70,000.00 to $72,500.00.

Council Member Johansen made a motion for the Town Board to empower Highway Superintendent Jimmy Fugel to do whatever he sees fit about a tree problem at the Olivebridge Methodist Church.  Supervisor Leifeld seconded the motion. 

All business pertinent having been discussed the Town Board adjourned on a Leifeld/La Monda motion at 9:35 pm.
