New York State CDBG-DR Application Available Review
The Town of Olive announces that it intends to submit an application for New York State Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program funds on or about Tuesday, March 1, 2016, for the following project: Bushkill Stream and Stream Bank Rehabilitation
Activity: New York State CDBG-DR funds will be used to make improvements to the Bushkill channel and streambanks between Bushkill Bridge (County Route 42) and NY Route 28A Bridge, in West Shokan, NY
Objective: To mitigate potential flood hazard areas within the Bushkill’s channel.
Location: Bushkill channel, along Watson Hollow Road, West Shokan, NY
Amount: Public Facilities and Improvements; $1,000,000.00.
